Changes to the server requires that some customers make changes to their email settings. If you are experiencing difficulties, please try the following:
If your email account is set up as a POP3 account, make a back up of your emails, then delete the account and set up an IMAP account for your email address using the information in the guide below.
If your email account is set up as an IMAP account, simply make the following changes:
Go into the account settings for the account you need to update:
Then select the account and click “change”:
From there, match your settings to the following image:
Then via “More Settings” change the settings in the Outgoing Server and Advance tabs:
This should resolve any issues that you may be experiencing, however do not hesitate to contact us if you are still having email problems.
